PETROL, a leading full-service advertising agency specializing in progressive marketing for some of the biggest brands in tech, sports, and video gaming—among many more—is seeking a full-time Media Planner (Strategy/Markets). With dedicated departments for print services, motion graphics, AV, social media, interactive/digital, as well as media planning & buying, we regularly develop fully integrated global marketing campaigns for some major brands across genres.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Involved in the development and implementation for both national and local media campaigns.
  • Work closely with media team members (Directors, Supervisor, Sr. Planners,
    Analyst), and assist in comprehensive media strategy development to meet clients marketing
    objectives.
  • Will touch on all aspects of digital and traditional media campaigns from setup and planning to execution and post campaign.
  • Assemble media consideration set and make recommendations re: agency advertising budgets; utilizing media research tools, internal resources and industry/market knowledge.
  • Develop RFPs for media publishers; gather and analyze proposals to determine media selections and positioning, as required.
  • Compile and analyze performance reports for online media campaigns on a regular basis, analyze large sheets of data, identify trends in data, provide insights for planning team, and measurement/tracking for campaign KPIs.
  • Will also perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required
 
  • Master's degree in public relations, media or related field
  • At least 1 year in position offered or in social media position
  • 360 degree strategic media planning
  • Multimedia content creation
  • Plan Omni-channel media campaigns
  • Monitor key e-commerce metrics and draw strategic insights from data
  • Use Mar-tech tools (Similar web, good analytics, Cision)
  • Global go-to-market and branding strategy development and execution, bridging communication between cross functional teams
  • Conduct competitor analysis by benchmarking marketing efforts
  • Social media paid content planning, operation and reporting
  • Business analytics and data visualization
  • Influencer marketing and relationship management
  • SQL for Database
  • Python

Salary Range: $86,112 to $86,112 per year
