PETROL, a leading full-service advertising agency specializing in progressive marketing for some of the biggest brands in tech, sports, and video gaming—among many more—is seeking an ASSOCIATE DIGITAL PRODUCER. With dedicated departments for print services, motion graphics, AV, social media, interactive/digital, as well as media planning & buying, we regularly develop fully integrated global marketing campaigns for some major brands across genres.

We have an immediate opportunity for an Interactive Project Manager/Associate Digital Producer with experience working with clients on web/interactive projects in an agency environment. You will be part of a team developing high-profile web sites, micro-sites, digital advertising campaigns and digital strategic initiatives.

At Petrol, our Digital Producers are responsible for leading client projects within the digital space by communicating across all team functions and ensuring project consistency.

The Associate Digital Producer works directly with the Sr. Producer to ensure all projects are properly scoped, trafficked, managed and completed on time and ensuring complete client satisfaction.

The Associate Digital Producer is the hub of all projects and must exude calm, confidence, passion and the relentless pursuit for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as overarching leader of entire assigned projects
  • Create traffic and planning schedules for wide variety of projects
  • Active participation in contributing ideas to projects
  • Utilize analytics regarding profitability and task management to ensure projects remain on target
  • Create complex campaign timelines
  • Monitor project budgets, actuals, and trends
  • Assist in creation of Statements of Work
  • Maintain communication with clients
  • Ensure Post Project Reviews are performed and information captured for health of future client projects
  • Communicate across all functions on the team
  • Ensure project is consistent and guarantee client satisfaction across entire project
  • Revenue forecasting and projections
  • May work with process documents and standards

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience; preferable in agency setting
  • Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) perferred
  • Work onsite
  • Experience working on digital advertising campaigns and being familiar with HTML5 Digital Banners, Rich Media and Mobile Advertising Units while being able to understand and breakdown media advertising specification sheets.
  • Experience working with ad serving systems such as DoubleClick and Sizmek is a plus.
  • Experience executing quality assurance testing on websites and digital ads cross-device, platform and browsers.
  • Understanding of and passion for the digital space
  • Exceptional communication skills – both oral and written
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to review and analyze data
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to manage shifting priorities as projects evolve
  • Must be able to put together a detailed project plan
  • Well-versed in working with account people, creative, technical, and upper management
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience working with project management software including Basecamp, SmartSheet, Jira, Harvest, Slack, Microsoft Project etc…
