Account Receivable Coordinator (Part-Time)

PETROL, a leading full-service advertising agency specializing in progressive marketing for some of the biggest brands in tech, sports, and video gaming—among many more—is seeking a Part-Time Account Receivable Coordinator. With dedicated departments for print services, motion graphics, AV, social media, interactive/digital, as well as media planning & buying, we regularly develop fully integrated global marketing campaigns for some major brands across genres.

We're seeking Accounts Receivable Coordinator who will be responsible for client billing and maintaining communication for client payments and bill or payment inquiries.

Responsibility 

Accounts Receivable

  • Weekly AR billing and coding
  • Weekly client follow-up with AR Aging
  • Send copies of invoices to clients or other related client inquires
  • Investigate the variances on invoicing items
  • Review and respond to requests from customers and internal account services team
  • Handling of AR profiles

General Accounting

  • Working Knowledge of Prepaid Insurance
  • Depreciation schedules
  • General Ledger Account reconciliation
  • Working credit card Reconciliation with regards to AR
  • Other non-essentials tasks may be assigned as needed

 

Qualifications

  • 3x a week (12-24hrs)
  • BS or Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years solid accounting experience
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Strong organizational skills & detailed-oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to work independently
  • STRONG problem solving skills
  • Nimble and flexible to succeed in a fast-paced environment and handle ad hoc requests
  • Strong team player
  • Interest and familiarity through use of digital media
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
