As Audio Visual Production Coordinator [AVPC] you play the administrative and organizational role for all Audio Visual productions. Overall responsibilities as Production Coordinator will include managing project schedules and budgets while maintaining consistent interdepartmental communication across multiple platforms. The Production Coordinator will be expected to help enable the department by managing the many day-to-day tasks and responsibilities that are required to keep all productions moving forward in a timely, efficient and concise manner.


  • Manages departmental calendars, schedules, and general data entry.
  • Complies to standards for the team as set forth by the department head
  • Works with supervisors to foster best practices
  • Builds relationships at appropriate client/vendor level
  • Works closely with upper management to identify and suggest solutions on how to improve departmental pipeline and workflows
  • Helps to elevate department's role in the whole advertising process
  • Submits and tracks purchase orders
  • Participates in weekly departmental staff meetings
  • Participates in Creative Briefings as needed
  • Keeps supervisors apprised of the status of work
  • Prioritizes tasks and assignments to meet scheduled deadlines
  • Reviews appropriate reports with Acct. Team
